Online Portal for Trade Complaints launched by Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT), India
The Directorate General of Foreign Trade, Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India has launched an Online Trade Complaint Portal in an endeavour to resolve complaints or trade disputes relating to international trade and to build up reliable business environment between India and its foreign trade partners. Any business entity can lodge their complaints on this portal by submitting Online Application Form to the jurisdictional RA of DGFT/SEZ.
