Dr Havel Abubaker, Governor of Sulaymaniyah, Kurdistan Region Iraq visited India from 12th April 2022 to 16th April 2022 under the ICCR's Distinguished Visitors Programme. Glimpses of the places visited by him were Indian Institute of Mass communication, All India Institute of Ayurveda, Confederation of Indian Industry, Amber Fort and Jantar Mantar in Jaipur, Tajmahal in Agra etc

زار الدكتور هفال أبو بكر ، محافظ السليمانية ، إقليم كردستان العراق ، الهند للفترة من 12 نيسان 2022 إلى 16 نيسان 2022 في إطار برنامج الزوار المتميزين التابع لل ICCR. لمحات من الأماكن التي زارها كانت المعهد الهندي للإعلام الجماهيري ، ومعهد الأيورفيدا لعموم الهند ، واتحاد الصناعة الهندي ، و حصن العنبر و جنتار منتار في جايبور ، و تاج محل في اغرا ، إلخ."
